Do you offer customized products (with specific logos, customized sizes, etc.)? Can I place a bulk order?

We support customization, please contact customer service for details. Bulk orders are welcome, please contact customer service for discounted prices.

 

About Returns and Refunds: What is your return policy?

You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt (no quality problems with the product). Returns will not be accepted beyond this time. Please see our returns and refunds page for more information. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving your return. Please contact customer service before returning or exchanging the product, as we need to confirm if you are eligible for a return or exchange and provide you with the return address.

What if I receive the wrong product?
