Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return and exchange conditions:

   - If the product has any quality problems, the buyer can contact customer service at any time for return or exchange.

   - The product enjoys a 2-year quality guarantee. Any quality problems within 2 years can be resolved by contacting our customer service email.

 

  1. Cancellation and modification of orders:

   - The buyer can cancel or modify the order before shipment, including modifying the shipping address.

   - We do not support cancellation or modification of orders after shipment.

 

  1. Change order fee:

   - If the buyer needs to modify the shipping address after shipment, the buyer will be responsible for the change order fee.

 

  1. After-sales service:

   - The product enjoys a 2-year quality guarantee, and any quality problems within 2 years can be resolved by contacting our customer service email.

   - After-sales services include resolving product quality problems and supplying accessories.

  1. Return process:

   - Before returning the product, the buyer needs to contact customer service and provide the following three photos:

  1. A photo that clearly shows the received item.
  2. A photo that shows a larger area of the problematic region for easier identification.
  3. A photo of the label attached to the package.

   - After approval, customer service will provide the return address.

   - The buyer needs to provide the tracking number to customer service.

   - The refund will be processed within 7 days after the warehouse receives the returned item.
